We typically offer installation within a 90 minute drive from our retail store in Newmarket. Our installation radius includes the GTA, Toronto, York Region, Simcoe County, Kawartha Lakes, Muskoka, Peel Region, and Halton Region. Outside these regions? Ask us about installation in your area.

Over our many years in business we have found that we are the busiest Monday to Friday. If our regular stores are not convenient for you, please give us a call and we can schedule an appointment that works for you. Our regular hours are Monday-Friday 10am-5pm. All custom installations & basic installations come with a one-year warranty against workmanship performed by us. Defective equipment covered under manufacturer warranty is subject to a removal and reinstallation charge of one half hour at current installation rates. Yes, we are authorized dealers for all of our core brands. You will be covered by the Manufacturer's full warranty unless otherwise specified. Used, consignment, or special buy items may be exceptions.

We do not offer in house repairs, but can refer you to a local repair technician. If the repair request is due to a manufacturer defect, you may be covered under warranty in which case the product will be serviced by an authorized repair facility or the manufacturer themselves.
